BEAT THE BLUES - my favorite tips for getting over depression
I'm noticing that quite a few of my friends are battling depression right now, not to mention some of my moon babies <3. Being a huge believer in organically digesting and dealing with whatever comes up - we got too little time on earth to let negativity consume us, so I've written down some of the things that always work on me.

I'm a really emotive girl and sometimes it happens I cry for anything
but it helps me a lot and even though a lot of people considered me a weak girl I can say that I'm not weak but such a strong person!
I didn't even realize I was in a downward spiral until I had read these! But I feel the need to bring the positive energy back!
